Rehab Plans
I have developed rehab programs that are tailored to different regions of the body. These programs are comprised of the best and most effective exercises that I use with my clients in my PT clinic every day. Each program also has a set of associated anatomy and common injury videos that are specific by body region. The programs meant to be completed anywhere. The only equipment you will need for any program are resistance bands and some light dumbbells.
